One Clovis man died and another was severely burned when they apparently suffered electric shocks Friday while working on a billboard on east Mabry Drive, police said. Timothy J. Krach, 28, of Clovis, was killed and Randy Armstrong, 27, of Clovis, was flown to a Lubbock hospital for treatment, Clovis Police Capt. Patrick Whitney said.
