CLOVIS — Grand juries on Friday returned indictments against two Clovis men for unrelated felony child sex crime cases in the Ninth Judicial District. Dino Paul Lucero, 33, was indicted on nine felony counts, including seven counts of criminal sexual penetration in the first degree (child under 13) for incidents dating back to 2015.
