    A Portales man is being medically evaluated as of Monday after being involved in a shooting incident Saturday, according to Portales police. No injuries were reported.     Portales police said no one was injured and an arrest was made Saturday by officers responding to reports of shots fired at a home between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on West 17th Street.
