    WICHITA FALLS, Texas — Portales High School golfer Donavin Sanchez is tied for 10th place in the Texas Oklahoma Junior Golf Tournament going into the final round today. According to his father, Martin Sanchez, Donavin made the 40-player cut to be included in the final round of the three-day tournament which features 117 golfers.     Two men were killed in a two-vehicle collision Saturday morning on North Roosevelt Road 3, state police said. Jorge Ceniceros-Herrada, 29, and Edgar Ceniceros-Herrada, 21, were driving west in the eastbound lane in a 1995 Lincoln at 4:15 a.m. When they saw an eastbound vehicle, the driver swerved but overcorrected and went into a broadside slide, a police dispatcher said.     Law enforcement seized ingredients and equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine Sunday at two locations in Roosevelt County, according to a press release from the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office.     Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office officials say they’ve made two arrests in a three-week investigation into a burglary in Roosevelt County.
