    CLOVIS - Clovis MainStreet has big ideas for a 90-year-old property, Levine's Prices Talk. Lisa Pellegrino-Spear, executive director of MainStreet, presented the history behind the building at Thursday's Clovis City Commission meeting. Levine's was erected in 1927 as a department store.
