    The man accused of killing two Texico women on May 3 at Ned Houk Park is now also facing federal charges for kidnapping an infant and taking her across state lines. A federal grand jury on Wednesday indicted Alek Collins, 26, on charges of kidnapping a minor and using a gun during a crime of violence. Court records show Collins waived reading of the indictment against him and entered a plea of not guilty.     Workers will be repairing the traffic signal at Mabry Drive and Norris Street beginning at 8 a.m. Monday in Clovis, city officials said in a news release. “Bixby Electric will be closing the right turn lane going east to install a new base for the traffic signal,” the news release stated.     A Clovis toddler died Saturday night after he was backed over by a car in his grandparents’ driveway, police said. The child’s mother told police she was moving the vehicle and did not know the child was outside, Deputy Police Chief Trevor Thron said.     For the rest of their days, they will be called Hakuna and Matata. Hillcrest Park Zoo officials on Monday announced the winning names for the warthog babies.
