Senior Jeremiah Johnson and junior Sammy Fuentes each posted a second-place finish in the meet, with Johnson going an even 50 feet in shot put for a state-qualifying mark on Friday and Fuentes completing the 1,600 in a time of 4 minutes, 34.17 seconds on Saturday.     A Clovis woman has been charged with embezzling an estimated $9,500 from Hotel Clovis where she was a manager at the apartment complex. Court records allege Angela Arguello, 45, stole rent money and deposit checks between June 2023 and last month.
