A man accused of shooting of an Arkansas police officer is being held in Tucumcari today on a $1 million bond after police say he turned himself in at San Jon port of entry. Tristan Honey, 25, of Fort Smith, Ark. surrendered to New Mexico Port of Entry Officer Daniel Gonzales at 6:15 p.m. Sunday, state police said.
