    I’ve done both — I’ve experienced urban and rural living. I grew up in a small town. I’ve lived on a military base. I’ve lived in New Mexico’s largest city, as well as other states.     March 14 will be the five-year anniversary of the tragic plane crash that took the lives of three airmen from Cannon Air Force Base.
