    Road closures next week Roosevelt County will close South Roosevelt Road 3 between South Roosevelt Road AB and AD, beginning Monday, according to a county press release. The Roosevelt County Road Department will be working with the Fort Sumner Gas Company to repair gas lines in the area. Repairs are expected to be completed by Friday. Motorists will need to seek alternative routes, the release said. For any additional information, contact county administration at 575-356-5307.     Martin Martinez was born and raised in Clovis and graduated from Clovis High School. He and wife Anna Martinez will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in July 2016.
