CLOVIS — A warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of a Clovis High School student involved in last month’s “car surfing” incident, District Attorney Andrea Reeb said. Reeb said the girl, 16, is charged with the delinquent act of reckless driving resulting in great bodily injury. Officials and family members said Dakota Revell, 14, was riding on the outside of a moving vehicle on Dec. 21 in the parking lot at Clovis High School.
