    ENMU spring enrollment up Eastern New Mexico University’s enrollment for the 2017 spring semester is 5,330.     CLOVIS — A Clovis resident has been charged with criminal sexual contact of a minor in the third degree (child under 13). Patrick Avent, 50, was booked Tuesday in the Curry County Adult Detention Center. Avent is currently being held on a $25,000 cash or surety bond for the charge. He was also booked for probation violation with a $25,000 cash or surety bond. It was not immediately known if Avent had an attorney.     Voters across eastern New Mexico approved two-mill levies during Tuesday’s election while Clovis voters authorized renewal of $20 million in bonds.
