    CLOVIS — For the first time in 39 seasons, Clovis High School has a new football coach. School officials announced Tuesday that Cal Fullerton succeeds Eric Roanhaus. Fullerton’s father, Clovis Municipal Schools Athletic Director Dale Fullerton, will step down when his contract expires on June 30, according to a school news release.     Curry County commissioners are set to begin planning to permanently fill the county clerk's position in today's commission meeting. Deputy Clerk Annie Hogland is currently as interim clerk in the wake of the death of Clerk Jo Lynn Queener, who died last month. Queener took office as the elected county clerk on Jan. 1.
