    LOS ANGELES — Golf star Tiger Woods was “lucky to be alive” Tuesday after being seriously injured in a rollover crash near Rancho Palos Verdes, the Los Angeles County sheriff said.     As COVID-19 cases continue to decline across New Mexico and the region, hospitals are relaxing some restrictions on visitors.     CLOVIS -- A Clovis teenager on Thursday was sentenced to 15 years in state prison for a shooting that left two people injured in March. Charges stemmed from a March 16, 2020, incident in which Saidreck Daniels, then 16, entered into a residence armed with an assault rifle, officials said.
