PORTALES — A mother and daughter who formerly operated a Portales daycare were sentenced to 36 and 30 years in prison Monday following an emotional hearing at the Roosevelt County Courthouse. District Judge Donna Mowrer delivered the sentence to mother Mary and daughter Sandi Taylor — 36 for Mary and 30 for Sandi.
