    Plains Regional Medical Center has announced their annual Daffodil Days fundraiser on March 17th and 18th. According to a press release proceeds from daffodil sales benefit hospice patients in the community who need financial help with end-of-life care and equipment.     Clovis City Commission voted Thursday to allow Shogun Japanese Steak House to renew its liquor license. The restaurant has been at 600 Pile Street for years but because of a reent corporate structure change state law requires the restaurant to apply for the license again.     PORTALES -- A modified recreational cannabis business ordinance that applies a 300-foot minimum distance between cannabis businesses and schools and day care centers but eliminates other minimum distance requirements received final approval Tuesday from the Portales City Council.
