The site for the planned Regional Behavioral Health facility will be on West 21st Street south of Plains Regional Medical Center. The site was revealed when Clovis City Commissioners voted unanimously Thursday at a regular commission meeting to buy 16 acres of land and an adjacent smaller parcel at 2521 and 2521 1/2 W. 21st St. The cost, $361,942 plus closing costs, will come from $10 million in capital outlay money from the New Mexico Legislature for the facility.
