    As of 7 a.m. this morning, Portales is still without water. The following will be delayed/canceled due to the issue: - Portales Municipal Schools canceled - Roosevelt County offices on a two-hour delay - Eastern New Mexico University classes are canceled and offices closed Public Works Director John DeSha said he does not have a time estimate of when water will be back on. Now, your chances of a title depend on knowing the word refers to an uninterrupted, back-and-forth motion. An alleged relative and Lincoln County officials had asked the court to move the remains to Lincoln County. Hensley said one reason he decided to leave the Kid alone was because “it was no longer possible to locate the grave,” United Press International reported.
