Joe C. Roark Services: Have been held. Joe C. Roark, 65, of Clovis died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. He was born on Oct. 24, 1938, in Clovis to Charles Everett and Ada Louise Nichols Roark. He married Quineil Elliott on April 5, 1958, in Muleshoe. He came to Clovis in 1964 from West Camp, Texas.
