    Staff report A Clovis man awaiting trial on more than a dozen charges was arrested Wednesday by Clovis police and placed in the Curry County Adult Detention Center, nearly two weeks after his mistaken release. Sandra Stewart, public services director for Curry County, said she received word around 8 p.m. from Detention Center Administrator Tori Sandoval that Albert R. Moncada, 34, was back in the CCADC. NCA Architect Bob Calvani presented commissioners with a plan for adding additional prefabricated pods to the south side of the existing jail.     Staff Report The Lodger’s Tax Advisory Board approved $44,000 out of requests totaling $64,500 at their meeting Tuesday at City Hall. Lodger’s tax funds are used to promote Clovis events that attract people from outside the city. Legislative and Community Development Director Claire Burroughes said there is $220,000 in the lodger’s tax fund.
