    SILVER CITY - No one who attended this year's Glenwood Dutch Oven Gathering on April 13 should have left with an empty stomach, thanks to the nine different cooking teams who showed off - and shared - what they could cook up in their Dutch ovens. Molly Bryan, organizer of the event, said the Dutch Oven Gathering was started around 15 years ago by Gale Moore, who was a "big instigator" of the event.     Justus Clovis High senior Emily Justus was selected as a winner in the personal essay category of the Organ Transplant Awareness Program of New Mexico’s 2019 scholarship essay contest. Her essay, “Two Lives Saved, A Personal Story,” will be published on the otapnm.com website. The awards are in memory of Betty Montoya, a kidney recipient, and Jaime Munoz, a double lung recipient.     SANTA FE — Manuel Lujan Jr., a New Mexico native son who rose to be a longtime Republican congressman and U.S. Interior secretary, has died at age 90, Gov.
