    Pay hikes, $8 million worth, are coming in varying levels for employees of Clovis Municipal Schools. The news came at Tuesday's monthly meeting of the CMS school board. Deputy superintendent of finance Shawna Russell outlined pay increases for the various departments in the system like teaching, administration, student nutrition and such.     Plains Regional Medical Center is planning on having an obstetrics and gynecological team to provide service to the community with the closing of Women’s Medical Center in June. The details emerged in a Monday meeting between Clovis mayor Mike Morris, Clovis mayor pro-tem Chris Bryant, PRMC administrator Jorge Cruz and other members of the hospital administration.     A changing mission and long tradition are reflected in the new emblem for the 27th Operations Wing (SOW) of the U.S. Air Force, based at Cannon Air Force Base, Clovis.     A financial plan for the 2022-2023 fiscal year that values remaining construction on the Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority’s Ute Lake Water Project at nearly $750 million received approval Thursday from the utility authority’s board of directors.
