    CLOVIS -- Plateau has received a $19.2 million Reconnect grant as part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Utility Service, according to a company release.     SANTA FE — Employees at all large grocery and retail stores and all restaurants in New Mexico will be required to wear face coverings at work, beginning Wednesday.
