    Encanto Garden Club The Encanto Garden Club met May 13 at a club member’s home. Hostesses were Jayne Rybolt and B.J. Goodwin. A program on petal potpourri was given. Jackie Wuest called the meeting to order and led a discussion of business. Ruth Burns gave a report on the city cleanup drive, which the club assisted by helping to register participants.     It was said that Bailey Foster went berserk early one Sunday morning, seriously wounding two officers who sought to quiet him. Foster lived on his farm which was said to be two miles southeast of Elida. Three hours earlier Foster had attacked Roosevelt County Sheriff R.N.     A teary-eyed Amanda Riley said sometimes unanswered prayers are a good thing.
