    Staff report Clovis pastor Darrell Underwood had just gotten accustomed to seeing Ramon Rollings’ face every weekend at church. He didn’t expect to see it Saturday morning when he picked up the newspaper. Rollings, 52, died at Plains Regional Medical Center about 4 a.m. Friday, succumbing to head injuries suffered in an altercation at the Clovis Apartments.     Staff writer Clovis will serve as the first part of a 10-city tour around the state to gauge the interest and ability for a statewide paid leave policy. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the North Annex of the Clovis-Carver Public Library. Anybody is invited, but feedback will largely be sought from businesses on challenges with both paying an employee who takes leave and making sure the work is done in their absence.
