A Roosevelt County woman has died from complications related to COVID-19, state health officials announced Monday afternoon. The woman was in her 60s. She had been hospitalized with underlying health conditions, according to a news release from the governor's office. Officials said 440 New Mexico residents have now died from complications related to the virus. The Roosevelt County woman is just the second COVID victim in eastern New Mexico.
