    CLOVIS — Reserved seats for the 2017 Clovis High School football regular season will go on sale July 31, according to a release from the school athletic department. Anybody who had a reserved seat during the 2016 season has until Aug. 17 to renew or relinquish their seats. Remaining tickets will go on sale to the public. Reserved seats are $60 each.     CLOVIS — The city is scheduled to hold its third closed-doors executive session in as many weeks, this one in advance of its regular City Commission meeting tonight.     CLOVIS — The Lodger's Tax Advisory Board recommended $67,342 Tuesday from $114,842 in funds requested by various community entities for promoting tourism dollars in the city. The board came in well under its limit of $100,000 in cash awards for the quarterly distribution of lodging tax revenue. Board recommendations are subject to final approval from the City Commission.
