    In a 6-1 vote, Clovis Commissioners rezoned the Colonial Park Golf Course during a meeting Thursday night.     The Portales and Clovis area is part of a nationwide research effort to address a bovine disease that can have significant impact on dairy and beef operations.     Just over 89,000 Tricare beneficiaries in New Mexico will be affected by Walgreens leaving the Tricare’s drug network. Walgreens says it will split with Express Scripts, the company that manages Tricare’s pharmacy program by the end of the year.     The United States Team Roping Championships will host the Regional Finals in Clovis August 4-7 at the Curry County Events Center.     A 20-year-old Dallas man is being held at the Curry County jail on drug charges after local drug agents say they saw him throw a bag of methamphetamines into a Clovis street near a yard where children were playing.     City of Clovis and Curry County Commissioner Dan Stoddard has been selected to serve as chairman of Leadership New Mexico’s Local Government Leadership Program Committee.
