    A Portales-area married couple are dead after what Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating as a murder suicide. The bodies of Elisa Aleman and her husband Aurelio Flores were found late Thursday night in one room of their home in the 1900 block of Westview-Garnet Road northwest of Portales. Deputies had responded to a call about apparent gunshot victims, said Deputy Eric Muller. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.     PORTALES -- As of Tuesday, conditions that brought about Portales’ Stage 3 Water Emergency had not changed, and may have been getting worse. That’s what John DeSha, the city’s public utilities director, told the city council at Tuesday’s regular council meeting.
