PORTALES -- A Portales man serving a sentence for a 2018 killing has been indicted on charges connected to a 2016 double homicide in Portales. Gerardo Marquez, 37, was indicted by a Roosevelt County jury on arson, conspiracy to commit arson and two counts of tampering with evidence.
