    STAFF REPORT A pair of sentences were handed out Thursday, according to a release received Saturday from the Ninth Judicial District Attorney’s Office. In unrelated cases, Joseph Matthew Foster, 35, was sentenced to 11 years, 6 months while Larry Gonzales, 39, received 18 months.
