Retroactive TYA provides coverage for young adults back to Jan 1, or the day they became eligible if that was after Jan 1.     PUEBLO, Colo. — The Air Force is revising its plan for low-altitude training flights over Colorado to avoid the Eastern Plains, including the Army’s Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site northeast of Trinidad, according to Rep.
