CLOVIS — A Clovis man has been sentenced to six years in prison for criminal sexual contact of a minor, according to a news release from District Attorney Andrea Reeb. David Garcia, 46, was sentenced Wednesday after a jury found him guilty on Aug. 22. Prosecutors said the incident occurred at Garcia's home, in October of 2014, where the victim was spending the night.
