    CLOVIS — A man accused in a Friday night shooting death in Clovis was apprehended Saturday evening in Amarillo, police said. Steven Hogues, 34, of Albuquerque, is facing an open count of murder and felony possession of a firearm in the death of William Romero, 28, of Clovis.     The man wanted in connection with Friday's homicide in Clovis has been arrested in Amarillo, according to Clovis police.     PORTALES — A 48-year-old Portales man on Tuesday was found guilty by a Roosevelt County jury of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of heroin and receiving stolen property, all felonies.
