The following marriage certificates were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• Jessie Sanchez, 27, and Nicole Bruyere, 25, both of Mineral, Texas.

• Jamie Knight, 23, and Tiffany Lee Aulbach, 22, both of Mountain Home, Idaho.

• Nathaniel Huerta, 25, and Meghin Irwin, 22, both of Portales.

• David Milliron, 22, and Senaida Herrera, 24, both of Clovis.

The following dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:

• Sergio Azdar, 19, found guilty of receiving stolen property and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Randy Ornelas, 23, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Guadalupe Reyes Cano, 32, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and will serve six months at the Roosevelt Detention Center followed by 12 months of supervised probation.

• Isaiah Kazeem Waiters, 24, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug and driving while license suspended or revoked and will serve six months at the RCDC, followed by six months of supervised probation.

• Richard Mendoza Rodriguez, 47, found guilty of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of alcoholic beverage in open container, careless driving, resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer, driving on the wrong side of the road and will serve 208 days in the RCDC followed by five years of supervised probation.

• Victor Baltazar, 33, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and will serve 18 months at the RCDC followed by 364 days of supervised probation.

• Jose Corral, 19, found guilty of receiving stolen property and tampering with evidence and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Michael Lopez, 22, found guilty of issuance of worthless checks and will serve two years of supervised probation.

• Cody Bannister, 25, found guilty of trafficking a controlled substance by manufacturing methamphetamine and will serve two years in the RCDC, followed by five years of supervised probation.

The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

• Justin Brown, 21, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Victor Ortega, 21, found guilty of criminal damage and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Valentine Sotelo, 22, found guilty of aggravated battery against a household member and resisting, evading and obstructing an officer and will serve 364 days in the RCDC.

• Trever Mitchell, 19, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance, marijuana and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Jose Quezada, 28, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and will serve 90 days in the RCDC.

• Shelly Delarosa-Gonzales, 29, found guilty of driving on revoked license and will serve seven days at the RCDC with 357 days of supervised probation.

• Margie Lopez, 33, found guilty of driving on revocation and will serve 7 days at the RCDC and 357 days of supervised probation.

• Mariano Romero, 37, found guilty of driving on revocation and will serve 7 days in the RCDC followed by 357 days of supervised probation.

• Jason Mackey, 23, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana under 1 ounce and will serve 127 days in the RCDC followed by 252 days of supervised probation.
