The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

• Paula Encinas, 21, found guilty of probation violation and will serve 60 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center.

• Paula Encinas, 21, found guilty of two counts of felony and will serve 60 days in the RCDC.

• Larry Fitzgerald, 39, found guilty of probation violation and will serve 475 days in the RCDC.

• Augustine Martinez, 46, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and will serve six months in the RCDC, followed by 12 months of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

• Tammy Simmons, 29, found guilty of selling tobacco and will serve 182 days of supervised probation.

• Elias Calderon, 29, found guilty of driving on suspension and no registration and will serve four days in the RCDC, followed by 176 days of supervised probation.

• Alex Valdivia, 34, found guilty of driving on revocation, no insurance and speeding and will serve 7 days of supervised probation, followed by 357 days of supervised probation.

• Amanda Baldridge, 24, found guilty of selling tobacco to a minor and will serve 182 days of unsupervised probation.

The following certificates of marriage were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• James McCulley, 41 and Juily Rodriquez, 46, both of Portales.

• Timothy Isaacs, 25 of Rio Rancho and Rebeca Holden, 23 of Portales.

• Phillip Atchison, 21 of Abilene, Texas and Samantha Gove, 18 of Portales.

• Antonio Dominguez, 48 and Gricelda Olivas, 32 both of Portales.

• Daryl Hawkins, 40 and Robin May, 43 both of Portales.

• Emilio Gonzales, 25 and Vilma Duran, 20 both of Portales.

• Reynaldo Ornelas, 23 and Lydia Guzman, 25 both of Portales.
