Glynn B. Martin, 81, of Clovis, died Sunday, April 25, 2004, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.

He was born on July 18, 1922, in Coalgate, Okla., to Lee and Dora Martin.

He married Lorraine Case on June 27, 1949, in Amarillo. He worked as a distributor for Tom’s and retired in 1984 after 30 years. He was a charter member of the American Legion Post 19, a lifetime member at the Elks Lodge 1172 and a member of VFW in Tucumcari. He was of the Episcopal faith. Family members said he loved to play golf and fish.

He was preceded by his parents.

Survivors include his wife; two sisters-in-law, Ruby Case of Atoka, Okla., and Betty Bates of Nevada, Mo.; and five nieces.

Cremation has taken place.
