— Tristan Selmon, 21, and Renee Archunde, 24, both of Portales.

The following divorces were filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Christy Brakebill and Warren Brakebill.

— Rodger Thomas and Elizabeth Thomas.

— Ida Flores and Tony Flores.

— Humberto Mendoza and Faustina Mendoza.

— Mary Mendoza and Alberto Mendoza.

The following divorce cases were dismissed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Kory Webb and Suzi Webb.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:

— Sherman Kent, 49, found guilty of fraud, possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine will serve 18 months in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by 7 1/2 years of supervised probation.

— Tim McRae Dunn, 38, found guilty of probation violation and is ordered to continue probation.

— Robert Horn, 25, found guilty of receiving stolen property and tampering with evidence and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

— George Mefford, 41, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, heroin and use or possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 2 1/2 years supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

— Encarnacion Navarez, 29, found guilty of concealing identity, no driver’s license and defective equipment and will serve six months in the RCDC for concealing identity and 90 days for no license.

— Charlotte C. Taulli-Bobick, 21, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

— Karen Palenschat, 31, found guilty of resisting/evading/obstructing and will serve seven days in the RCDC, followed by 357 days of supervised probation.

— Roy Burton, 34, found guilty of additional deer license and will serve six months of unsupervised probation.

— Jason Zaikowski, 20, found guilty of driving on suspension and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

— Francisco Tarango, 28, found guilty of probation violation and is ordered to the custody of the RCDC for the remainder of his probation or until Jan. 2005.

— Franco Barrero, 23, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors (2nd) reduced to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquors and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
