Mrs. Mary Z. Brown, 87, of Clovis, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2004, at her home.

She was born on Feb. 17, 1917, in Chloride, to Frank and Eufemia Trujillo Zamora.

She married Alfredo Brown in 1933. She moved to Clovis in 1997 and then moved to Albuquerque in 2001 and had recently moved back to Clovis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter; three sons; a brother; and two sisters.

Survivors include three sons, Tom Brown (and wife, Olaya) of California, Robert Brown (Amy) of Grants and Phillip Brown of Albuquerque; seven daughters, Esther Torrez of Albuquerque, Stella Tafoya (Cruz) of Rio Rancho, Kathy Wiggins of Albuquerque, Alice McBride (Jim) of Clovis, Lee Cassidy of Clovis, Lydia Blevins (Bob) of Clovis, Jean Glidewell (Dwain) of Santa Fe; approximately 61 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; and 25 great-great-grandchildren.

Tom Wiggins will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Albuquerque.

Pallbearers are David Tafoya, Dan McBride, Aaron Brown, Kelly Brown, Bo Brown and Shad Glidewell.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
