Jerry and Marcia Bell will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 26, 2004.
The couple was married in Farwell on Dec. 26, 1954.
Jerry is a farmer and Marcia is a homemaker.
They have three children, Jady Bell (Shelley), Jack Bell (Kim), and Jill Denton (Jace).
They have six grandchildren, Eric, Ashley, Corey, Courtney, Keeson and Kelby, all of Clovis.
Their children and grandchildren will host a reception in their honor from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Clovis-Carver Library. All friends and family are invited. The couple requests that guests do not bring gifts.

Luscombe
Shawn Luscombe and Sara Winton-Luscombe of Clovis are the parents of 5-pound, 3.6-ounce girl, born on Aug. 16, 2004, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.
Grandparents are Cathy and Rich Brown of Wichita Falls, Texas, Michael and Amy Luscombe, Michele and Steve Chancy, and Andy and Rose Winton, all of Clovis.
Great-grandparents are Joleen and Sid Stahl II of Wichita, Kan., Polly and Guy Luscombe of Portales, Bernie Sternberg, Lunell Winton and Ruby Goforth, all of Clovis, Jack and Joy Winton of El Paso and the late Robert Sternberg.
CCC Nursing Department held a pinning ceremony on Dec. 8, 2004 at Clovis Community College. Students received either a Registered Nurse (RN) pin for completing a four-semester program, or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) pin for completing a two-semester program. Ashley Good was the speaker for the graduating RN students and Kirk Wilson spoke for the graduating PN students.
