The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

• Ashley Lemier, 23, pled no contest to battery on a household member and was ordered to serve 364 days of unsupervised probation.

• Rod Lambirth pled no contest to two counts of issuance of worthless checks and was ordered to pay restitution.

• Brian Leeper, 33, pled guilty of driving on suspension and no registration and was ordered to serve 14 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center.

• Tana Martinez, 21, pled guilty to issuance of worthless checks and was ordered to pay restitution.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• Eddy Martinez, 21, pled guilty to unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Stephanie Garza, 22, pled guilty of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and was ordered to serve two and a half years in the RCDC, such a term includes a one year enhancement pursuant to the Habitual Offender Act, followed by one year of supervised probation.

• Christina Rae Barron, 21, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and forgery and will serve three years of supervised probation.

• Ashley Lemier, 23, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Wesley Robinson, 37, pled guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (fourth offense) and is ordered to serve six months in the RCDC, followed by one year of supervised probation.

• Norma Sotelo, 27, pled guilty to conspiracy to commit larceny (over $2,500) and one count of larceny and is ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Nicole Tivis, 32, pled guilty of embezzlement (over $20,000) and is ordered to serve two years in the RCDC, followed by five years of supervised probation.

• David Rawls, 31, was found guilty of probation violation and probation was revoked. Defendant was ordered to serve two years in the RCDC.

• Channing Wesson, 19, pled guilty to conspiracy to commit larceny (over $2,500) and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Jodee Fink, 22, pled guilty to forgery and was ordered to serve three years of supervised probation.

• Donald Collins, 41, pled guilty to count one of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and count three, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and was ordered to serve 90 days of supervised probation for count one and 364 days of supervised probation for count three.

• Christopher Preciado, 29, pled guilty to count one of receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle (possession), count two of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and count three of tampering with evidence. Defendant is ordered to serve two years in the RCDC followed by four years of supervised probation.

• Diego Ontiveros, 22, and Michelle Feldman, 22, both of Portales.

• Rondall Page, 41, and Tesha Roach, 30, both of Portales.

• Byron Mitchell, 47, and Kelly Foss, 44, both of Portales.

The following divorces were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• Robert Wickham and Patricia Wickham.
