Mrs. Betty Louise (Howard) Stout, 75, died Thursday, June 30, 2005, at Beehive Homes in Clovis.

She was born May 5, 1930, in Clovis to Luther and Viola Howard.

She married Billie Stout on Sept. 13, 1953, in Clovis and they lived in the Broadview-Grady community all their lives.

She was an avid hobbiest who was always engaged in sewing, quilting, ceramics and painting. She was a member of the Grady Senior Citizens and the Grady Alpha Club.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Billie Stout of the home; a son, Paul Stout (and wife, Annie) of Broadview; and two Sisters, Doris Holland (Bud) of Amarillo, and Joyce McCormick (Eldon) of Bovina, Texas.

Cecil Bunch will officiate.

Burial will be at Hollene Cemetery in Hollene.

Pallbearers are Randy Harris, Alan Collier, Dr. Stephen Haynes, Jimmy Denton, Clyde Shadix, and Darrell Holland.

Honorary pallbearers are Cindy Harris, Marie Collier, Debbie Haynes, Betty Denton, Wilma Shadix, Penny Holland, Gwen Allen, Florene Rutherford, Bernice Riley, friends at Bill Lynn’s Gun Shop, and members of the Grady Alpha Club.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
