12/4 Court Dispositions

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the 9th Judicial District Court:

• Roseanne Cordova, 44, pled guilty to aggravated burglary (armed after entering) and is ordered to serve nine years imprisonment followed by four years and six months supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. She will receive credit for eight years and seven months less three days.

• Wayne Anthony Boone, 27, pled guilty to interference with communications and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for one year less one day imprisonment.

• Elias Chavez, 29, pled guilty to resisting or evading or obstructing an officer, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less) and is ordered to serve one year less one day imprisonment followed by one year less one day supervised probation and pay all fines and fees. He will receive credit for one year less one day imprisonment.

• Robert J. Maes, 43, pled no contest to false evidence of title or registration and is ordered to serve one year less one day supervised probation.

• Sabrina Lynch, 23, pled guilty to shoplifting (less than $100) and is ordered to serve one year less one-day imprisonment. She will receive credit for 364 days imprisonment.
