McCasland/Layton
Lisa Jo McCasland and Ellis McCasland, of Clovis, announce the engagement of their daughter, Carli Jordon McCasland of Lubbock, to Lance Eric Layton, also of Lubbock, son of Keith and Julie Layton, of Sudan, Texas.
The couple will exchange vows June 24 at the home of Layne and Shelly Norris and a reception will follow the ceremony.
The bride-elect is a 2004 Clovis High School graduate. She is employed at Rehab and Wellness Consulting and South Plains College.
A 2004 Sudan High School graduate, the prospective groom is employed at the U. S. Department of Agriculture.

Walton/Hicks
Tim and Debbie Walton of Texico announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Natalie Ann Walton of Texico, to Kenneth David Hicks, son of Jeff and Virginia Hicks, all of Ringgold, La.
The couple will exchange vows at 2:30 p.m. on June 17 at Springhill Baptist Church in Ringgold. The reception will follow the ceremony.
The bride-elect is a 2005 Texico High School graduate. She is employed at First United Methodist Church.
A 2004 graduate of Ringgold High School, the prospective groom is with the U. S. Air Force.
The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.
Rosado/Martin
Lt.Col. (Ret.) Forrest and Arlene Carper, formerly of Clovis, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Dr. Carlene Rosado, to Lt. Wesley L. Martin, both of Gulfport, Miss. He is the son of Shelby Martin of Buena Vista, Va., and Roy L. Martin of Culpeper, Va.
The couple will exchange vows on May 6 at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, La.
The bride-elect is a 1994 Clovis High School graduate, 1998 graduate of Texas A&M University and 2003 graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry. She is an optometrist for the U.S. Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Miss.
The prospective groom earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in 1997, and graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2000. He is an attorney for the U. S. Navy, assigned as the staff judge advocate for the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Gulfport.
