Moreland/Fox

Chris Moreland of Vadito and Jay and Robin Valerio of Phoenix, Ariz., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kellin Moreland, to Clayton Fox, son of Ronald and Marie Fox, of Portales.

The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. on June 17 at the First Baptist Church in Portales.

The reception will be held in Clovis.

Decker/Wood

Jerry D. and Laura Wood of Portales announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their son, Marcus Wood of Lubbock, Texas, to Mika Decker, of Lubbock, Texas, daughter of Danny and Marta Decker of Brownfield, Texas.

The couple will exchange vows Saturday, July 8, 2006 at Brownfield, Texas.

The bride-elect is a 1996 graduate of Brownfield High School and a 2000 graduate of Texas Tech University. She is employed at Lubbock ISD.

The prospective groom is a 1996 graduate of Portales High School. He is employed at Xcel Energy.

The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.
