A pedestrian was transported to Roosevelt General Hospital after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday morning, said Portales Police Capt. Lonnie Berry.
The accident occurred at 7:16 a.m. at a parking lot in the 1700 block of Industrial Drive, Berry said.
The victim reported having a leg injury and was transported to RGH for treatment. Citations were issued but no criminal charges have been filed.
