Spring Break begins March 30

Spring break for the Portales campus is March 30-April 3. While there will be no classes during this week, university offices are open and business will be conducted as usual.

Club sponsoring guest speaker

The ENMU Fish and Wildlife Club is sponsoring guest speaker Tim Mitchusson, New Mexico Department of Game and Fish Game Birds Programs Manager, at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Science Building, Room 214.

Jazz Fest featured on Web

Speech focuses on womanhood

Brenda Hollingsworth-Marley, vocalist, dancer, martial artist, actress, writer, poet, drummer, speaker, Chautauqua, director and storyteller is set to present “Reflections On Womanhood: Taking a mental pause for women and those who appreciate the value of womanhood” at noon Thursday in the Campus Union Building Sandia Room.

Attendees can pick up lunch trays at 11:30 a.m.
