Portales youth ages 18 and younger can get free lunches 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 1-Aug. 7, at Lindsey Park, Morrison Park, City Park and Rotary Park.
Church camps, Bible schools and any organization that provides recreational and day care service for children can also receive the free lunches.
La Casa Family Health Center is operating the Portales Summer Lunch Program, which is administered by the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department Family Nutrition Bureau.
