Friendship Rebekah Lodge
The Friendship Rebekah Lodge held its regular meeting 2 p.m. Aug. 22 at 405 Main St. Members discussed and made plans for the upcoming rummage sale, which is to be Sept. 3-4 at 8 a.m.
It will be a clean up sale and will have a variety of things, such as chairs, dishes, floral, etc. The proceeds will be used to help with the expenses for our new president, Serena Goar.
The Rebekah Assembly will be in Moriarty Sept. 23-26 and the president will be installed at this time. Wanda Scott was unable to attend the meeting due to illness. Information: Vicky Howard 762-4843.
