The bride is the daughter of Wesley Fogleman and Pamala Combs, both of Clovis. The groom is the son of Jose and Andrea Caban of Kadena Air Force Base, Okinawa, Japan.

The maid of honor was Michelle Coyle. The best man was Anthony Romero.

The couple reside in Clovis.

The bride works for American Medical Alert Corp. The groom works for The Caprock Inn, Cannon Air Force Base.
